Mission and Values
I established Ginger Reynolds Consulting with a dedication to transforming education systems to re-center students. As we navigate a rapidly evolving world, we must meet this moment by embracing innovative practices and new technologies to create an education ecosystem that can provide every student with the opportunity to thrive. My mission is to support policymakers and educators in this transformation, and I am eager to learn from them and share their insights.
With a PhD in education policy and executive leadership in a variety of settings, I have a deep understanding of education systems and how they intersect. My experience includes:
- Chief Officer of Research, Accountability, and Assessment at Chicago Public Schools.
- Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning at the Illinois State Board of Education.
- Executive Director of the Chicago Teacher Pipeline Project at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
I bring passion to this work, and also skilled listening to ask good questions and to embrace complexity and nuance. Most importantly, I bring a dedication to human values, generosity of spirit, and a good dose of humor.
